We are a local, family-owned, full-service restoration contractor, providing True Service to the greater Philadelphia tri-state area since 2005. Our team gets our clients back to normal as soon as possible, with care and compassion. We provide 24/7 service for property damages resulting from water, fire, smoke, sewage backups, mold, and flooding. Additional services offered include carpet cleaning and deodorization, commercial/residential cleaning, content cleaning/storage, and property turnovers.

Property Damage Technician Position

We work in a team-driven environment handling property damage remediation and restoration. As you grow within the position and the company, you will be able to work independently and, eventually, lead others. We have a proven training and career development system that can bring you to earn top dollar in the field and grow with expanding knowledge in the construction industry.

Compensation and Benefits

The position as a Restoration Technician earns an hourly rate between $16 and $25 with overtime, and opportunity for profit-sharing bonuses as technicians advance in knowledge, skills, workload capacity, and customer service abilities. Our motivated lead Technicians are earning between $65-$75k per year.

Requirements of Property Damage Technicians:

  • Training and certifications are provided
  • IICRC certifications are a plus
  • Participate in a shared, on-call rotation
  • Should be able to lift and move up to 75lbs
  • A good driving record and a current license (We Check).

Full-time Technician Assistant (Phoenixville)

Summary of Technician Assistant Positions

A Technician Assistant will work alongside our Property Damage Technicians, on water, fire, and mold remediation (cleaning) jobs, and do some light reconstruction. As you grow within the position the opportunity to become Property Damage Technician will exist.

Requirements of Technician Assistant

  • No prior experience in water mitigation and/or fire restoration
  • Training and certification is provided
  • Positive attitude accompanied by a willingness to accept responsibility, work hard, learn and grow in a team environment
  • Participate in a mandatory 24-hour, on-call rotation
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends.
  • This is a physically demanding industry. You must be capable of moving furniture and other household contents.
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces (Crawlspaces and Attics).
  • A good driving record and a current license (We Check).
  • Drug-Free (We Check).
  • Smoke-Free Workplace
  • Background Screening (We Check).

Compensation

The position as a Technician Assistant’s starting pay is $15 per/Hr,  As Assistants advance in knowledge, skills, workload capacity, and customer service abilities, the opportunity to move up to a Property Damage Technician Position exists.
