A Letter to Miller Restoration
I can not express how happy and satisfied we are with the resolution of our water damage claim that occurred on February 17, 2015.
We were in Florida when we found out we had a problem at our home in Pennsylvania. From the time I called your agency and you getting me in touch with a restoration company to stabilize the property and prevent further damage, to the Contractor, Miller Restoration, that was recommended by our adjuster when we were having difficulty getting someone on our own.
Everything was handled quickly and extremely efficiently, all our salvageable possessions were protected, packed up and stored on the 2nd floor of our home, making the move back much easier. This was done even before we were able to get back to Pennsylvania.
It took until early July to finally be able to move home and no one can believe it when we tell them how easy made the process and the results.
